Community Chevrolet (burbank) review by Creepjohnny
Bought a used truck from community chevrolet in burbank CA a little more than a year ago. I re-financed thru my bank and got a better deal. I slowly found out that a dealership truck is never as good as they say. the keyless remote never works,(the battery is fine in the remote) no spare tire underneath. minor electric problems, rear sliding window doesn't lock, license plate lights out, little *** that can get you tickets or a stoeln car and they can't return a phone call or help me out cause they have their money, lousy sharks. beware this dealership

I bought a 2006 Z-06 from community, I love the car, had it for a year. I sold it and got a 2007 Z-06 from a different dealer. Because they do not understand what customer service is...The service manager, totally ***, he does not do what he says that he'll do...

Everyone there who knows him, agrees.

I take my car to Northridge, much better service, they listen to the customer and do there best to make everyone happy.
